      Being that this "remains one of the most interesting pieces of bigfoot lore" (which frankly doesn't look good for footers), I don't think it's going away soon.

      a reconstruction of this event took place using a person travelling the same course - the result of this wasn`t good for believers as it showed that the height of the "creature" was significantly smaller than believers stated and the speed of the "creature" was also much slower than stated - all in all it seemed to be simply a case of mistaking a person for the legendary creature - and all this memorial day footage is seemingly based on nothing so much as wishful thinking

      10:08 you conveniently forget key aspects. The subject's speed was within that of a world class sprinter. Just before subject disappears into forest, it grows a head taller. The guess is that a small creature was riding on the back, and climbed up. A point that no one has made yet, is that the last arm swing just before disappearing, reveals a fringe of long hair hanging and swinging off the back of the right forearm, just as on an orangutan. You can rewatch magnified version, the last few steps of the subject; you'll see the sudden growth in height, and the fringe on the arm.

    This is a known hoax that the BFRO joined in on after the fact, by representing it as authentic on their website. The man his the suit raised the mask off at the end in order to catch his breath and to cool off. A known hoaxers voice in heard on the audio but they kept him out of the video. The audio will reveal that they were discussing how much their video would be worth, as they were filming it. There was no surprise about this man in a suit, running across the hillside, risking getting shot.

    ridicules footage. claiming this is a supposed bigfoot creature is truly ridicules

    claims of 10ft 800pd muscle bound ape men chasing down deer. then we get shown this under the claim of it being a bigfoot

    its a man sized , mans speed running figure

    this is no monster running across a field. it a guy in a suit puling of a hoax. since footers only footage is the p/g film[which equally is man sized and easily a man in a suit] ,I guess they'll hold on to anything

    I am mre convinced by credible eye witness accounts. Although I believe they are mistaken ,I would listen to people like moneymaker etc...who claim they saw this creature 20 ft in front of them

Monterey lies between the Monongahela and George Washington National Forests. Definitely a good place to look for bigfoot. Bigfoot injured by a forest fire was taken away and hidden by the authorities, not even Robert Lindsay can top this story

This story was circulating the internet way back in 2004, or maybe as far back as 1999. Back when everybody was on 56k dial-up modems and a "Facebook" was just a regular book with directory listing of names and headshots. This story was so disturbing and so shocking that nobody believed it at the time. It was the Robert Lindsay " Bear Hunter: Two Bigfoots Shot and DNA Samples Taken " story of the time. And like Robert's Bear Hunter story , this witness didn't have a name. The only thing known about the witness is that this person was a government employee, anonymous of course. The author of the story was a science teacher named Thom Powell who believe it really happened and that the whole story was an elaborate cover-up. Powell said the anonymous government employee alerted the BFRO about a 7.5 feet long/tall burn victim with "multiple burns on hands, feet, legs and body; some 2nd and 3rd degree burns".
